Description of the task:

Why: Generate 10-20x calls per month with prospects in our target market

What / How (4hrs per day)

1. Find the Right People via Dux Soup Turbo
• Management of the Dux Soup tool for all 3 Innerfit employees
• Creating of Saved Searches & Target lists (ideally proactive with recommendation on what works based on past experience)
• Ensure Pipedrive is clean & accurately accurately reflects Turbo data
Estimated time: 10hrs per week
(90-120mins every day running in background at total 250x connections per day; 2hrs on 1x day a week to set the lists & searches etc.)

2. Establish the Brand
• InMail lead gen campaigns / competitions to senior people inviting them to boost wellbeing for their team
• Sponsored ad campaigns
• Management of company page (reposting of similar stuff to Chris’ personal posts just saying stuff like “note from our founder about ..”
• Estimated time: (1hr per day)

3. Engage our Audience
• engage in groups & trending topics etc.
• Estimated time: (1hr per day)


4. BONUS
• Proper strategy & calendar – automating all this 3 months ahead and getting to point where you can handover to Innerfit team to run internally with very little time needed
• Refined messaging on Turbo use & messaging (similar to Pearl Lemon), for example:
i. “would you be interested in trying this for your team?”
ii. e.g. furlough end date – what’s our messaging?
• SEO & Google optimisation – generating more leads this way somehow

Requirements and Rules:

Experience working with LinkedIn Lead Gen tool Dux Soup (or equivalent)
Readiness to get going from day 1
